Using Joe & Deno's recommendation, I brought the lady I tutor here for lunch. She was a little put off by the look when we drove up, but once we got inside she was pleasantly surprised.
To start, the garlic bread was ok.
I ordered the Vicky's special which is penne with chicken, tomato, mushroom, and spinach. Delish! Great garlicky flavor.
It's near my house, so I'd try it again.

Centerville is not BYOB but most other locatsion are.  Call ahead if you are not sure.

I love this place.  I know it's small and I know it's busy, but it's totally worh the wait.  The garlic bread with marinara sauce is great and it's complimentary.  Don't fill up on it because the pizza and pasta are great also.

I usually get the chicken picatta minus the mushrooms.  They have the exact ratio of butter to wine to lemon to caper.  It's so good I usually use bread to wipe up ever last bit of the sauce.  I'm totally a memeber of the happy plate club when I eat there.

You may see other Napoli's springing up around town.  I believe they are all in the same family.  Some are BYOB but call ahead before you go.  I know the one on Centerville is NOT.

Awesome Italian food! I love their fresh complimentary garlic bread rolls with marinara sauce sooo good. They did a remodel a while back right before Garland became wet so the bar side is more roomier and nicer.
